Why Face Yoga?
We exercise our bodies to keep our muscles strong but we forget there are 57 muscles in the face and neck that need exercised to keep them firm, tight and youthful. The face and neck muscles are smaller than your body muscles so you can get quick results by introducing a schedule of face yoga into your routine. As the muscles tighten, you in turn lift the skin which means less wrinkles and lines! I will show you how you can achieve all this with The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method. This is a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier with an added sense of relaxation and wellbeing. It is a combination of face exercises, face massage, face acupressure and face relaxation. It also focuses on wellbeing techniques for the mind, body and soul.
Face massage removes toxins, aids skin tone and can reduce dark circles as a result of the increased circulation and lymph flow. The massage techniques also increase collagen and elastin which are the natural plumping agents in skin. The result? Younger, healthier and firmer skin!
You might have already heard and seen the effects of using acupressure. Practicing it on a daily basis, to reduce stress, cold and other congestions in the body are just simply great! However it is not just useful to reduce pain and muscle tension in the body. It can help you gain a healthy and glowing skin by increasing blood flow and removing toxins as well as plump and firm by stimulating collagen.
