Individual & Corporate Yoga

Group class times don’t suit? Want to get to grips with the basics of yoga before joining a group class? Have been doing yoga for a while but want to take your practice further?  A private lesson might be for you.  These are usually held in my garden yoga studio where I have equipment such as blocks and straps to help with your practice.

Individual

One-to-one sessions are suitable for students at any stage of development. For beginners, it can help you to master the basics and build confidence before joining a group class. More experienced yogis might want to deepen their practice or use the time to help recover from an injury. Whatever you choose to use the time for we will discuss your needs before we meet and then afterwards I will send you your own personal lesson plan.

Individual sessions can be booked at a time that suits you for a cost of £35 for one hour including your personal lesson plan. Contact me on karmatreeyoga@gmail.com to find a mutually convenient time. The following times are generally available:

  • Weekdays between 9am and 5pm (but not Tuesdays 12 to 2.30pm)
  • Weekends between 1pm and 5pm

Corporate & Small Group Sessions

Yoga sessions for up to five people can also be arranged at my yoga studio.   I can also come along to your workplace. Yoga helps reduce stress, tension and improves concentration so is perfect to schedule as part of a conference or away day.

Group sessions can be arranged at a time that suits you.  The cost is £10 per person for 30 minutes or £15 per person for 60 minutes for a minimum of four people.
